Reviews of CHESTER'S CHRISTMAS LIST
"Chester's Christmas List" is an excellent holiday book for children that uses poetry, humor, dreams, and a magic spark of human kindness to transcend acquisitiveness (or greed) to discover the true meaning of Christmas. Chester is a boy who loves making his Christmas wish list, dreaming of all the wonderful things he wants for Christmas. When he sees an elderly neighbor man out shoveling snow with no warm hat or gloves, he feels concern. Even though his list is not finished, he follows his heart and puts some thought into finding the best way to make his neighbor's holiday surprise a good one, inspired by charity. The heartwarming ending of "Chester's Christmas List" will make this book a must for holiday reading for children of all ages. A second delightful holiday title by the same author and illustrator is "Chester's Christmas Visit (9780989014120)," another inspirational and cheering approach to the best part of Christmas. Both books are available as eBooks at, www.meegenius.com.

If you're looking for a charming story that reminds children there's joy in giving as much as tearing open presents, then you'll appreciate this holiday snowstorm tale.

Chester's Christmas List is a must-read for young children. Chester discovers there is more to Christmas than asking for toys. Bong Redila's colorful illustrations make the words bounce off the page.

Reviews of CHESTER'S CHRISTMAS VISIT
This book deals with a tender topic, but does so in an endearing way. Dealing with an elderly grandparent and their loss of memory is not an easy thing to explain to young children, but this book does an excellent job of reassuring kids that their relationship with their grandparent can still be special in spite of old age and/or memory loss. The illustrations are bright and colorful, very engaging for my younger children. The book has a charming rhyme that isn't forced and flows easily. I think this book is great for any occasion, not just Christmas!

If you liked Grandpa Green, you'll also enjoy this touching story about children not giving up on elderly whose memories are fading, in particular around the holidays.

When Chester and a friend visit his grandpa, Chester discover his is lonely and sad. Check out Chester's solution to making his grandpa smile. Ann Page collaborated with Bong Redila whose colorful illustrations bring the words to life.

Reviews of MAGGIE'S CHRISTMAS RIDE:
Ann’s skillful rhyming scheme, her metered cadence and gentle moral lesson combine to make this the perfect bedtime story. It calms, soothes and provides something meaningful for the subconscious to digest. Highly recommended.

This book is beautifully illustrated and a wonderful story to read to children at Christmastime. I would recommend this book to parents with young children and to grandparents to have on hand when grandchildren come to visit.

Children's author Ann Page and illustrator Bong Redila have teamed up to create a delightful seasonal story about dreams, assertiveness, and friendship. Page's fun, rhythmic words mesh with Redila's bright, pattern-coated characters and landscape to make holiday magic. This Christmas Eve, I hope Maggie's not set on hitching a ride in Santa's sleigh. Because, as Chester would tell you, Mr. Claus' bags will be bursting to the seams with copies of MAGGIE'S CHRISTMAS RIDE.

Ann writes a children's Christmas book that is wonderful to read and delightfully illustrated. I have included it in my collection of favorite Christmas books that are set out for all to enjoy.

Ann Page has written a sweet Christmas story that young children will love. Maggie has only one thing on her Christmas list - a ride on Santa's sleigh. When her friend, Chester, makes fun of her wish, Maggie is hurt and angry. Chester regrets his behavior and comes up with a way to make Maggie's wish come true.
Maggie's Christmas Ride is a delightful Christmas story, but it's about more than just the holiday. It's about friendship, and dreams, and learning what matters most. Ann's charming rhyme, coupled with the colorful and engaging illustrations of Bong Redila, create a story that children will love year round. It also provides an easy way for parents to talk about the importance of friendship and caring for others.
A truly delightful story!

What a wonderful Christmas book about friendship, dreams and Christmas magic!
Like Dr. Suess’ “Yertle the Turtle” and "The Night Before Christmas" by Clement Moore this book is also written in anapestic tetrameter and is a delight to read!
Children will love this book, a story to be passed on to generations to come.
